Elemis Balancing Lavender Toner is a lightweight facial toner formulated to purify, refresh and soothe the skin while helping maintain a balanced-looking complexion. It is designed as a gentle hydrating step after cleansing.
Lavender extract helps soothe and balance, sweet betty flower supports conditioning and pH balance, and naturally derived saponins help cleanse the skin. Glycerin and methyl gluceth-20 contribute additional hydration.
The alcohol-free formula is particularly well suited to combination skin and skin prone to excess oil, leaving the face feeling fresh, soft and comfortable without harsh detergents.
How to use: Apply morning and evening to cleansed skin. Spritz onto a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face and neck.
